A 125-acre equestrian estate in Colfax, on the edge of the Tahoe National Forest between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe, comes up for a no-reserve auction July 11.
The pristine woodland property — with miles of trails for horseback riding, biking and running ATVs — was previously listed for $3.8 million.
“This 5-parcel estate offers an appealing blend of elegance and rusticity,” according to the official listing from Platinum Luxury Auctions, which will oversee the bidding.
