Rancho de los Corralitos features a two-bedroom main cottage and a small cabin

A ranch owned by Shawne O’Neill, daughter of the late founder of the O’Neill surf brand, Jack O’Neill, will be sold to the highest bidder July 18.

The 55-acre property known as Rancho de los Corralitos is located 15 miles outside of Santa Cruz. It features a two-bedroom, two-bathroom main cottage as well as a small cabin. The property was previously listed at $6.3 million. It also touts views of Monterey Bay and the Santa Cruz Mountains, walnut orchards and a horse facility, among other amenities.
