A three-building and two-island compound in upstate New York’s Adirondack region is headed under the hammer in July.
The property, in Tupper Lake, will be sold at an on-site auction without reserve by Platinum Luxury Auctions on July 16 in partnership with Jodi Gunther of Adirondack Premier Properties Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices.
Known as Paradise Peninsula, the 14-acre estate “is located in the heart of the beautiful Adirondack region and features 4,000 feet of water frontage on Big Tupper Lake,” said Trayor Lesnock, president and founder of Platinum Luxury Auctions.
“This beautiful retreat includes two private islands and a three-building compound with plenty of secluded outdoor areas for entertaining and adventure, making the home the perfect spot for people who love to spend time outdoors year round,” Mr. Lesnock said.
