AT LEAST THREE SELLING WITHOUT RESERVE! (Remaining units to be sold subject to seller confirmation.) This portfolio collection of six waterfront condominiums in Miami, FL offers a selection of fine residences at two of South Florida’s most exclusive addresses.
Four units are situated in the Epic Residences, and offer a variety of floor plans in the heart of Miami’s vibrant, urban downtown. The building, built in 2008 by renowned local firm Revuelta Vega Leon, also houses the lavish Epic Kimpton hotel, which adds to the upscale lifestyle the building provides. 24-hr. front desk/security, high-speed elevators, world-class restaurants, and multiple pools (including an incredible, 13,000 sf wrap-around pool) make the building’s amenities some of the finest in the area. The residences themselves are complete with professional-grade appliances, Snaidero cabinetry, imported Italian marble floors, and floor-to-ceiling impact glass windows that offer incredible views of both Miami’s cityscape and Biscayne Bay.
On Sunny Isles Beach, the Trump Towers offer a more serene lifestyle with access to the sugar-sand beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The building offers beachfront cabanas, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean to maximize the expansive views, and 24-hr. valet, concierge and security offer additional convenience and peace of mind. The residences are outfitted with high ceilings, large terraces, contemporary European-style cabinetry, granite countertops, and elegant master baths complete with frameless showers and separate soaking tubs.

DOWNTOWN MIAMI / SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL. Miami is split into many different neighborhoods and communities, each with their own ambiance. The heart of the city, however, is the downtown area, where the business, governmental and cultural centers collide to form a vibrant area packed with skyscrapers and places to explore. Tourists and residents intermingle at the many shops, restaurants and venues in this neighborhood, and the global economy is represented by fifty-three banks on Brickell Avenue, which Forbes has called “Wall Street South.”
Downtown’s famed music scene is anchored by the famous Bayfront Park Ampitheatre, the site of Ultra Music Festival and Pitbull’s Worldwide New Year’s Eve. Upcoming acts include Troye Sivan, Lauryn Hill, and Mac Miller, among others. If peace and quiet is on order, indulge in a relaxing day at the beach or a trip to the nearby Spa at Mandarin Oriental, whose treatments take place in luxurious rooms with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Biscayne Bay.
Twenty miles north of downtown is Sunny Isles Beach, a barrier island between the Atlantic and the Intracoastal that offers a more laid-back, though still exclusive, lifestyle. Lined with luxury hotels and condominiums, Sunny Isles Beach also offers beautiful parks and a 776-ft long fishing pier, from which to enjoy a sunrise – or sunset – on a warm Florida day. Founded in 1920 and nicknamed “the American Riviera,” Sunny Isles Beach has been a popular vacation destination since the 1950s – in fact, until the mid 1990s its main attraction was “Motel Row,” a collection of nearly 30 motels on Collins Avenue whose exotic themes and designs drew families from across the country.
Today, luxury high rises have replaced the historic motels, and the Trump Towers, Regalia and Acqualina now define this 2.26 square mile municipality. In addition to all this, Sunny Isles Beach is just minutes from the Bal Harbour Shops– the historic “Shopping Hall of Fame” that features luxury retailers from Dior to Alexander McQueen.
MIAMI, FL. The Miami metropolitan area encompasses nearly 6,200 square miles and three South Florida counties, making it the eighth-largest metropolitan area in the United States. More than six million people call this portion of the “sunshine state” home, with nearly three million of them residing in the city of Miami itself. A leader in finance, culture, and international trade, Miami was classified as an “Alpha Minus” world city as of the 2012 World City Index, and is currently ranked 30th in the world based on its business activity, human capital, cultural experience and political engagement in the ATKearney Global Cities 2017 Study.
The Miami area was inhabited by indigenous Native American tribes for a thousand years before 1566, when Pedro Menendez de Aviles landed and claimed the land for Spain. Spain ceded Florida to the United States in 1821, which grew steadily until 1890, when a young woman named Julia Tuttle purchased 640 acres of land and decided to develop a new city on the Miami River. Tuttle was largely responsible for Miami’s early growth – indeed, after the Great Freeze of 1894-1895 destroyed the central and northern Florida Orange Belt, Tuttle convinced Henry Flagler to extend the Florida East Coast Railway to her city. Once the railroad was completed, the population boomed, growing from 1,000 residents in 1896 to 5.5 million in 2006.
Several large corporations have headquarters in or around Miami, including Bacardi, Burger King, and Alienware; in addition, cruise lines from Celebrity to Carnival to Norwegian run their global operations from the area. Corporations benefit from the proximity to Miami International Airport and PortMiami, which are among the busiest entry points for people and cargo in the nation – especially for imports from South America and the Caribbean. Additionally, PortMiami is the world’s leading cruise port, and with 22 cruise lines berthing 55 ships it is the departure destination for millions cruising to the Bahamas, Mexico, the Caribbean and more.
From street festivals to professional sports, Miami is constantly entertaining. Residents can enjoy 12 stages of music at the Calle Ocho Festival during Carnaval Miami, experience world-class ballet, opera and theater productions at the Adrienne Arsht Center (America’s largest performing arts venue after New York’s Lincoln Center!), or catch a Marlins, Dolphins or Heat game. Aside from the myriad entertainment options, Miami’s tropical climate allows its citizens unmatched opportunities to enjoy the beach and waterways that have made the city famous as a vacation destination. Boating, sailing, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, wind surfing, and kayaking can be enjoyed year-round, and the 35-mile stretch of beachfront that runs from South Beach to Sunny Isles is among the finest in the world.
