The Vessel

PRICE UPON REQUEST. Domino is a well-known vessel within the world of luxury boating. It was originally created by a prominent, luxury yacht company headquartered in the southeastern United States to serve as an awe-inspiring entertainment venue and showroom for its multimillion-dollar products.

The vessel earned the title of the “Belle of the Ball” from one yachting publication when it debuted at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in October 2008. The sleek and sexy, tri-level structure – composed primarily of steel, glass and a composite hull – represented a revolutionary move in salesmanship and promotional strategy, even in an industry where the bar for such qualities is set at a rather lofty height.

Measuring approximately 90 ft. in length by 42 ft. in width, Domino is a fully mobile, multi-use asset. It features two, 75kW generators and an on-board piling system that allows for easy mooring. (Note: Domino is not self-propelled, and requires towing for transport).

The main level of Domino is quite spacious, and is accented by various water features – such as two large, glass waterfalls – that provide an ambiance of elegance. There are also several work/media stations, a VIP lounge area, and a wet bar on the main level.

The upper level offers six offices outfitted in glass, in addition to outdoor balcony spaces, allowing for beautiful views wherever Domino may be docked. On the

lower deck, there are various service facilities, including two commercial bathrooms, a theater/lounge, two staterooms, a commercial-grade kitchen and prep area, an electronics room, and a mechanical room.

The Possibilities

DOMINO. Domino is an incredibly dynamic, multi-use facility that can be utilized for private or commercial application. Because the vessel has its own anchoring “spuds,” it does not have any specific dockage requirements (it also has a modest draft, at approx. 18-24 inches). In most cases, a small bridge (or “passerelle”) is required to provide access from the dock/land to Domino.

Due to its unique construction and on-board amenities, Domino is capable of a wide array of uses, such as: “prestige” office, showroom/sales center for luxury assets (such as real estate, yachts, aircraft, automobiles, or fine art), restaurant or catering facility, special event venue (weddings, corporate events, etc.), night club, exclusive sponsorship venue (Domino has hosted several upscale, sponsored events to date), fitness center or spa, and even a possible conversion to a “houseboat” or other living structure.

Domino’s current owner had intended to use the vessel as a special event/entertainment venue prior to electing to sell the asset. A draft pro forma is included in the Document Portal, with various projections on the potential income generation from using Domino in such a fashion.

Note: The use/purpose of Domino may be governed by state and/or county regulations on a case-by-case basis. Interested parties are encouraged to perform their own due diligence.
